Heralds of the ‘King’ Ministries

Heralds of the ‘King’ Ministries is a Seventh-day Adventist Layman’s Ministry formed in 1995 by members of different Independent ministries.  We became dissatisfied with then current’ doctrinal stance on the centrality of Jesus Christ (Y’shuah) in the gospel of the kingdom, as presented by these Ministries.  As a body, we place authoritative value to the writings of Ellen G. White and Victor T. Houteff, who were both used by God to provide illuminating interpretations of the Bible. It was founded with the intention of:

1. Examining the current expository teachings within Davidia,
   1. And to test these teachings against the Bible along with the writings of Ellen G. White and Victor Houteff, the two prophets accepted by DSDA’s,
   2. To determine if all the teachings and the writings can stand up to the Bible, the book by which all doctrines are to be tested.
2. To place Jesus Christ in His rightful place as King David in His infant Kingdom of Glory,
   1. First, in our hearts,
   2. Second, as head of the church,
   3. Third, as our only King, the antitypical David in the kingdom!
3. To share the good news of our discoveries in the Gospels and in the prophecies for these times, to the broader SDA world as well as within the various groups of DSDA’s,
   1. Our goal is not to proselytize or sheep steal, but to help lead these groups to a clearer understanding of the fourth angel’s message—the Everlasting Gospel in verity, which when correctly understood, will naturally bring about a divine unity among “the true people of God,” since all will be working in harmony, and along the same lines, in honor of the One and only king—Jesus Christ the Son of David.
   2. This in turn will obviate the idea that any one particular group is the official headquarters (perched on a piece of real estate) of this great and multi-faceted movement within Adventism. We will be ONE family with many different locations (bases of operations) where all are welcomed, and from where present truth will emanate to the City (SDA) church, as well as to the hills and the mountains, even to the strong foundations of the earth.
4. To promote the relevance of God’s (YHWH’s) Creation Calendar to Christians today by:
   1. Calling attention to the annual festivals called out on said calendar,
   2. To focus attention on the investigative judgment of the living, now occurring in the heavenly Sanctuary,
   3. To declare that the harvest of the living saints is NOW in progress!
   4. Provide a clear understanding on the “Solemn Assembly” predicted in Joel 2: 17,
   5. Bring relevance to the restitution of all things, including “the statutes, judgments, and commandments” of our Heavenly Father.
   6. Declare that included in the “song” of the 144,000 are the “sweet melodies of salvation” (1 SR, p. 225:1) — lessons drawn from “the Tabernacle service in connection with the Sanctuary.”
5. To disclose that God has only one true sheepfold, or pasture, from creation to redemption:
   1. That the true pasture in the Christian era is known in Scripture as Carmel, or the flock of “His heritage,”
   2. Carmel today is represented by the Seventh-day Adventist Church—the remnant church of prophecy,
   3. Carmel withers—stops teaching the gospel of salvation, at the close of human probation
   4. Other sheep, those from Bashan and Gilead (the world’s religious and irreligious bodies, respectively) must also feed on the Everlasting Gospel proclaimed in Carmel, thus a mixed multitude will go home with the 144,000 in the antitypical exodus of today.
6. To give refuge to others who have also become discouraged as they witness the sad Laodicean condition of the Davidian movement that is equal to, if not exceeding, that of the SDA church!
   1. To be an ark of safety and a place of refuge and healing to those who have been thrust by the horn and otherwise bruised by oppressive church leaders,
   2. To exalt the spirit and principle of religious liberty, wherein one is not demonized for holding a view that is not generally understood or accepted by all.
   3. To promote the Protestant principle of religious tolerance, to the end that “in essentials, unity; in doubtful matters, liberty; in all things, charity.”
7. To promote the significance of giving Jonah’s Message to Assyria, prior to her downfall in the Holy Land:
   1. That Assyria falls prior to the giving of the Loud Cry of the Third Angel’s Message,
   2. That the Assyrian message is the gospel of “repentance towards God and faith in Jesus Christ” the only way to salvation,
   3. That the message to Assyria must be given her prior to her downfall so she can benefit from it, and make the necessary changes to avert the execution of divine displeasure against her,
   4. Assyria is largely represented as the Westernized Protestant Nations of the United Nations today.
8. In addition to preaching and teaching the prophecies and parables of the  Scriptures–the Gospel, we also hold that the “right arm” of our message is contained in the Gospel of Health, a greatly under-emphasized aspect of the Scriptures.  In this we are unique to many Hebrew-Christian ministries, who emphasize that the New Covenant disallows most of the statutes contained in the Law of Moses.  To this we take exception, for YHWH has admonished those who “fear” His name to “Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.” Mal. 4: 4
   1. At Heralds of the King Ministries, we believe that the entire Bible is the word of God, and that the Torah (the 5 books of Moses) emphasizes in the commandments, statutes, and judgments, which are applicable to us today and govern our conduct and our way of life on a daily basis.
   2. Throughout the Scriptures we find eight principal laws to healthy living and natural healing, which, as a community, we faithfully obey.  They form the acrostic “NEW-START”: Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Sunshine, Temperance (only in naturally occurring healthy things), Air, Rest, Trust in Divine healing.
   3. We embrace the Biblical dietary principle given mankind at the Creation of our race, in which God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.” (Gen. 1:29).  That our food is of medicinal value is a well-established truth, one which is also espoused by the “Father of modern Medicine,” Hippocrates.  Nearly 2,500 years ago, he wrote, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

9.  Healthy Families and healthy relationships are intrinsic components to the Gospel, and are embraced in the Elijah’s message, in Heaven’s restoring every divine institution as announced in Mal. 4: 5, 6.

We pray that someday the different Lay Adventist groups and Ministries, or members within the groups, will open their doors and hearts, and allow themselves to hear our findings, and to also reexamine their own current beliefs to see whether or not they will stand up “to the law and to the testimony.”
